Do all of the music performances take place on the resort property?
Yes, all of the Tropical Nights musical performances will take place on site at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.
Can I stay off site and still attend the shows?
No, only those who purchase Tropical Nights Packages (lodging included) will be able to attend the shows.
When will the concert schedule be released?
A schedule of musical performances and other special experiences will be posted soon.
What activities will be offered in addition to music?
In addition to the Tropical Nights music programming, the resort offers a huge variety of daytime and nighttime activities – including stunning pools, lavish spa treatments, a variety of water sports (kayaking, snorkeling, etc), beach volleyball, access to signature golf courses, and much more.
How hot will it get during the day and how cold will it get at night?
Riviera Maya, Mexico has a tropical climate and February is one of the nicest months to be there. Temperatures at this time average a high of around 80 degrees and a low of around 68. Chances of precipitation around this time year are considerably low, but we do advise guests to bring a rain layer just in case.
What happens if it rains?
All featured nighttime concerts at Tropical Nights will be held rain or shine.
Are all of the events at Tropical Nights all ages?
Tropical Nights is an family friendly event and most of the experiences offered are available to guests of all ages. That said, some of the extra events such as wine and tequila tastings will have age restrictions.
How can I upgrade my experience? Are there VIP options available?
There are a variety of options for Upgrading your Tropical Nights experience.
Tropical Nights offers an Ultimate Upgrade VIP program. Choose this option for all the special VIP perks.
When choosing a Room/Suite, you can amp up your accommodations by selecting such features as Ocean Front, Stage Views, and more.

Am I guaranteed access to all shows in the resort?
You are guaranteed access to all of the major shows at the resort. However, some of the smaller shows at the resort’s various clubs have a limited capacity and are strictly first come first serve. A schedule of music performances/locations can be found on Tropical Nights’ specific Adventure page.
Where will the stage be located?
The stage will be located on an ocean-front terrace in area #39 on the resort map.
How far is the stage viewing area from the stage?
The stage viewing area is anywhere ranging from 20 yards to 80 yards from the stage.
