Once I land in Cancun, what are my options for ground transportation to the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya?
For your convenience, we’ve organized a third party vendor to offer shuttle service to Tropical Nights guests for an extra fee. ($35 USD per person; round trip transfer: $65 USD per person) The private bus will pick you up from the Cancun Airport and bring you back when the adventure is over. This shuttle service is also included in the cost of your VIP Upgrade if you opt for that experience.
Public buses, taxis, and private car rentals are also all options.

Public taxis are available to transport parties between the Cancun Airport and the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Approximate cost is $130.00 USD Round-trip.
Buses
Public Buses are available to transport parties between the Cancun Airport and the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Approximate cost is $15.00 USD one-way per person. More info here.

Will I need a Passport?
Yes, you will need a Passport. Plan ahead as it can take up to 2 months to get/update your Passport.
Is airfare included in my Package?
No, airfare is not included in Packages. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare into Cancun, Mexico (CUN).
How often do the shuttle buses from the airport run?
The group shuttle bus runs based on demand — approximately 2-3 times per hour. The max wait time for transfer at the airport is 30 minutes.
