On-site family services and activities – including a Kid’s Club with supervised activities (for children ages 4-12 years of age), children’s splash pool, water slide, kayaking, playground, and a nighttime teen lounge – promise a vacation experience parents will appreciate and children will never forget. Because the family that rocks together, well… they rock.

Around-the-clock personal baby sitting/child care services are available for $15.00 USD per hour with a 4-hour minimum (plus $15 USD Taxi Return after 6PM). Nannies are experienced with children (bilingual, uniformed staff), over 18 years old, CPR Certified, insured and carefully screened. For the littlest rock stars to the headliners, the Little Big Club™ at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya offers supervised kid-oriented activities from 8:30am – 9pm daily for children ages 4-12 years old (children 18 months – 4 years of age welcome with an accompanying adult). Activities include crafts, meals, games, pool time, movies, and much more. View the resort’s daily Kids Club schedule of activities.

Up to two children may be added to any Room/Suite type. Children’s Package Fees apply only if you are at or over the Standard Adult Occupancy for your Room/Suite type (by persons of any age).
