Lead Guest
All Room/Suite Package reservations are made using one guest name and one credit card.  This person is referred to as “Lead Guest” and is considered the “owner” of the reservation. The Lead Guest is responsible for the full Room/Suite rate and all fees associated with the occupancy of the Room/Suite.  Only the Lead Guest can add or change a guest in a reservation. Once the Lead Guest books a package he/she will receive further instructions on adding guests to that reservation.

Payment Options

Tropical Nights guests have two payment options:  Pay the total reservation cost in full at time of purchase, or take advantage of our EZPay Program and pay your reservation cost over three equal installments.

With the EZ Pay Program, the Lead Guest’s credit card will be charged one-third (33.3%) of the total cost of the reservation at time of purchase, with the remaining balance charged in equal installments on the same calendar day each month for the following two months. Sorry, multiple credit cards may not be used.
