How does Automatic Billing work?
When paying in installments, enroll in Automatic Billing so that future payments are made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an even monthly payment plan and you’ll choose the day of the month you want your payments to be processed.
Please note that only one “Lead Guest” credit card can be enrolled for Automatic Billing per Room/Suite.
What are the advantages of Automatic Billing?
It’s convenient. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of forgetting to pay and being assessed a late fee.
What if my balance changes (i.e., I add an experience or upgrade my cabin)?
New purchases can be paid in full at Checkout. Patrons using EZ Pay should call ticketing Customer Service, 877-569-7767, in order to arrange for an updated balance for the next EZ Pay payment.
Will Tropical Nights remind me before I am charged?
The first payment is processed at Checkout. For patrons using EZ Pay payment plan, the second payment is processed the same calendar day in the following month.
How many payments will I have and when will they be?
Patrons using EZ Pay payment plan will have three equal payments processed. The first at Checkout on the date of sale. The second and third will be the same calendar day in the following month.
How does Tropical Nights keep my credit card information safe?
Tropical Nights and its partners use high-integrity industry-standard protocol and procedures for credit card security.
What if my credit card is declined at the time of processing?
The issuing bank should be contacted by the patron. We are unable to “hold” an order for payment processing. If one of the EZPay Installments is unable to be processed, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you before canceling your order.
Can multiple people in a Room/Suite do automated billing?
Yes! Call 888-805-8930 to use multiple credit cards.
